Fascial Release
Fascia is a 3-dimensional web matrix of connective tissue that surrounds every organ, muscle, and nerve in the body. It functions to transmit force, provide stability and structure, and aid in movement, among others. Fascial restrictions can present as tension/tightness or as structural or postural dysfunction and imbalances. We offer two services to provide myofascial restriction relief which includes improved body position, improved mobility, and decreased pain/tension, to name a few. Packages also available at discounted rate.
Personal Training
PULÇ Motion: Training for Longevity uses unique primal movements that our bodies are naturally designed to do, upper and lower body training, and body centering to provide a foundation essential to building and maintaining a strong, resilient, and pain-free body. It is designed to improve mobility, strength, coordination, flexibility, and movement patterns. PULÇ Motion is a training program unlike any other by integrating a full body holistic approach for mind and body. Our training program is unique, we start by building a solid foundation using Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) principles and continue incorporating those principles along with rehab based movements as you progress into more advanced strength and endurance training. This training directly translates to activities outside the gym and studio so you can perform daily movements and tasks with ease. PULÇ Motion was created to help people seek longevity and quality of life by mitigating the decline of muscle mass and strength that comes with aging. This program will take every tissue system and muscle in your body through basic primal movements in every plane and modality of movement to help prepare your body as aging occurs. Twelve week minimum commitment. In-Person Training or Online Fitness & Nutrition Coaching.
