Manual Lympathic Drainage
A gentle, specialized massage technique that involves manipulating specific areas of your body to move excess, stagnant fluid build up away from tissues and towards lymph vessels and lymph nodes to initiate natural detoxification and decrease systemic inflammation.
Personal Training-PULÇ Motion: Training for Longevity
PULÇ Motion uses unique primal movements that our bodies are naturally designed to do, upper and lower body training, and body centering to provide a foundation essential to building and maintaining a strong, resilient, and pain-free body. It is designed to improve mobility, strength, coordination, flexibility, and movement patterns. PULÇ Motion is a training program unlike any other by integrating a full body holistic approach for mind and body and includes massage, bodywork, and stretch therapy for all in-person training. Our training program is unique, we start by building a solid foundation using Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) principles and continue incorporating those principles as you progress into more advanced strength and endurance training. This training directly translates to activities outside the gym and studio so you can perform daily movements and tasks with ease. PULÇ Motion was created to help people seek longevity and quality of life by mitigating the decline of muscle mass and strength that comes with aging. This program will take every tissue system and muscle in your body through basic primal movements in every plane and modality of movement to help prepare your body as aging occurs. Twelve week minimum commitment. In-Person Training or Online Fitness & Nutrition Coaching.
Stretch Therapy
Stretch Therapy (aka: assisted stretching) is a hands-on full body one-on-one personalized routine on a table and/or yoga mat to help you move more efficiently & effortlessly. This service helps increase and maintain range of motion, decrease stress, reduce pain & inflammation, provide relief from stiffness & soreness, and improve relaxation, mood, energy level, and sleep. Please wear easy to move in clothing.
